Hornall Anderson is seeking a VP of Interaction. We're looking for someone with a deep background in Interactive design and branding – someone who can lead a team to develop engaging experiences for built spaces, video, web and mobile environments.

What you'll do-
• Lead wicked ass business challenges into breakthrough concepts and design solutions
• Manage, mentor and inspire a team of designers, developers, producers and strategists
• Contribute to creative leadership of our company
• Present strategic thinking and thought leadership to executive level clients
• Develop, maintain and grow multiple client relationships
• Partner with new business team to drive new business efforts by creative a point of view and pitching work
• Own financial responsibility for the success and health of all your client relationships
• Utilize your deep understating of interactive strategy, social media, user experience, information architecture as well as design to craft engaging consumer experiences
• Present thought leadership internally and at 1-2 conferences each year
• Establish and own an innovative HAX (experience lab) initiative per year
• Participate in annual creative staff reviews and career path development
• Spot and create opportunities for Design Directors'

What you'll bring-
• Sense of humor, good listening skills, and empathy for clients and colleagues
• Mastery of storytelling
• Exceptional creative and strategic thinking: Ability to see and shape the big picture
• Ability to inspire confidence in clients and internal teams
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients, executive level client relationships and skills
• 10+ years of successful creative leadership (MFA/BFA preferred) from a design or strategy background
• Fluency with latest interactive technologies, understanding of and POV on latest industry trends
• Experience working with interactive in the built environment is a must
• Holistic & medium agnostic perspective to every creative challenge
