Technical Business Analyst

As a Mad*Pow Technical Business Analyst, your main responsibility will be to serve as a technical liaison among client stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of a client organization, and to document requirements and recommend technical solutions that enable the organization to achieve its business goals.

AS A MAD*POW TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Authoring detailed business requirements
• Defining clear and concise functional or system requirements
• Documenting user requirements and use cases
• Outlining implementation or integration requirements
• Performing high level project management
• Assisting the business development life cycle by serving as a process SME, helping identify and qualify business development opportunities
• Defining and evolving the internal Mad*Pow development process
• Resource planning and assistance with determining recruiting needs
• Mentoring and guiding more junior business analyst resources

EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING IS A PLUS:
• Defining requirements (business, functional, user and implementation) for large websites, applications and systems that require a Content Management System for editing and publishing digital content
• Partnering with large complex organizations
• Working in a digital agency setting

OTHER DEETS:
This is a full time position offering a fun and exciting working environment in a rapidly growing company, competitive salary and great benefits. We will only look at candidates who can commute to Portsmouth, NH or our office in Boston, MA.
